Iron Eagle Truck Center ships used and salvaged heavy-duty truck parts to customers within the United States. This policy explains how your order ships and what it costs.
Processing Time
Our online store is open 24/7. Orders ship the same day or the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. Tracking information is included when available.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is set for each item when it is listed, case by case. Most items ship free.
Express shipping may be available at checkout.
The exact shipping cost and options for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.
Exceptions
Some items are excluded from free shipping. These are typically:
- LTL freight items: Large and heavy parts that ship by LTL freight. The buyer pays the freight charges.
- Engine oil: Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Oversize items: Shipping may be calculated at checkout or billed as freight.
Freight Deliveries
Liftgate service, residential delivery, and other freight details will be shown at checkout or quoted before shipment.
Please inspect freight shipments when they arrive. Note any visible damage on the bill of lading before you sign for the delivery.
Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For non-defective items, the customer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking fee applies. For defective items, there is no restocking fee and we cover return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy for full details.
