These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Iron Eagle Truck Center website and any purchase of parts from us, including at ironeagletruckcenter.com and any related domains we operate (together, the “Site”). Iron Eagle Truck Parts is the name we use for our parts catalog. The business is Iron Eagle Truck Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or buy from us.

1. Who we are

We are a Wisconsin family business that sells heavy-duty truck parts. That includes used salvage and take-off parts, new open-box parts, and brand-new parts we buy at wholesale or from liquidations. We are not a factory, dealer, or authorized distributor for Freightliner, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Peterbilt, Kenworth, or any other manufacturer. Brand names are used only to describe what a part may fit.

2. Condition of parts

Each listing says whether the part is used, new open-box, or new (wholesale or liquidation). Used and salvage parts are pulled from trucks and sold as-is. They can have wear, rust, or hidden defects. New wholesale or liquidation parts are unused (or new in opened packaging if the listing says open-box). They are still not factory-dealer stock. Condition, miles (if any), and photos are described in good faith. We do not promise a part will last any particular time unless the listing states a written warranty.

3. Fitment is your responsibility

Listings may show make, model, year, engine, or part number as a guide. Trucks and engines vary. You are responsible for confirming the part fits your truck before you order, including part number, engine serial number, VIN, and any tags on the old part. Call or email us if you are not sure. A part that does not fit because the wrong application was ordered is not a defect in the part.

4. Prices, cores, and shipping

Prices are in US dollars and may change until you complete checkout. Some parts have a core charge. If a core is required, it will be shown on the listing or quoted before we ship. You must return the core as instructed to get that charge back.

Heavy parts often ship freight / LTL, not regular ground. Shipping, liftgate, residential delivery, and freight damage rules will be shown at checkout or quoted before shipment. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier has the part, except where the law says otherwise. Inspect freight on delivery and note damage on the bill of lading.

5. Returns

Contact us at 262-374-5602 or Customersupport@ironeagletruckcenter.com before returning anything. Parts returned without our approval may not be accepted. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Defective parts, and parts we shipped in error, are returned with no restocking fee, and we cover the return shipping. Non-defective parts must be unused and in the same condition we shipped. The customer pays return shipping, and a 25% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Returned parts must have our original markings. Refunds go to the original payment method. Core refunds follow the core instructions. 6. No manufacturer warranty

Even when a part is new, wholesale, or from a liquidation, we are not the manufacturer and we do not pass along a factory warranty unless the listing says so in writing. Any warranty we offer will be written on the listing. Except for that written warranty and rights you have under Wisconsin law, parts are sold as-is, with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, downtime, towing, shop labor, rental trucks, or other indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that part. Some states do not allow these limits. If that applies, our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.

8. Site use

You may use the Site to browse and buy parts. You may not scrape, copy listings in bulk, interfere with the Site, or use it for anything illegal. Listing photos and text belong to us unless we say otherwise. We may refuse or cancel an order if we believe there is an error, fraud, or an item is no longer available.

10. Wisconsin law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, except where the law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
