Description: Restore proper fuel pressure and clear common rail codes with this heavy-duty fuel rail assembly.
This specific assembly offers incredible value: while the heavy-duty rail itself is a thoroughly inspected used pull-off, it comes pre-installed with a brand new Pressure Limiting Valve (PLV) and a brand new Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor. These sensors are critical for monitoring and regulating the extreme pressures generated by the fuel pump, and replacing them prevents hard starts, engine derates, and rail drain-back issues. We are currently liquidating old inventory, making this an excellent opportunity to get a solid rail with fresh, critical sensors at a fraction of standard replacement costs.
Engine Fitment: Designed specifically for heavy-duty engine platforms. Compatible with:
For Detroit Diesel: DD13, DD15, and DD16 engines.
Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility: Compatible with modern Class 8 heavy-duty commercial trucks running the engine platforms listed above, heavily utilized on:
Fits Freightliner: Cascadia, New Cascadia, Cascadia Evolution, 114SD, and 122SD chassis.
Fits Western Star: 4900, 49X, 57X, and 5700XE chassis.
Fitment Note: Fuel rail configurations and sensor threads can vary based on your exact engine block and emissions generation. You MUST verify your original part numbers against A4720780945 before ordering to guarantee a perfect plumbing and mechanical fit!
